For dogs who crave the full experience: The Big Expedition is a 2 Hour, fully immersive adventure, designed to give dogs the perfect balance of movement, exploration and freedom. Rather than doing one thing for two hours, this session is carefully structured as a journey — because dogs, just like us, can lose interest when the experience doesn’t change. The love routine, yes, but they also crave variety and most of all, so do I!
Across the expedition, we move through a variety of environments and activities, which may include: bush tracks and natural trails, open spaces to roam and explore, private properties for safe off-lead freedom and slower moments for sniffing and decompression (I call this “mandatory breaks”).
I naturally rotate between on-lead and off-lead time, creating a rhythm that keeps dogs engaged, fulfilled, and never bored, it's the perfect balance! Some parts of the journey are more active and energetic, others are slower, calmer, and led by scent, depending on which dogs are in the group on that particular day. This variation allows dogs to burn energy and mentally engage.
This 2 Hour session is perfect for high-energy dogs who need both physical and mental outlets, dogs who love variety and new environments and those who thrive with structured, engaging outings.
Dogs are carefully grouped with others of a similar energy level and temperament, ensuring the experience remains safe, balanced, and enjoyable. It's more than just exercise. What makes The Big Expedition special is the variety. It’s not repetitive, rushed or overwhelming, just an adventure that keeps dogs curious, engaged, and satisfied from start to finish.
Beach days used to be part of our schedule, but due to the algal bloom issues, I don't feel it's safe to resume as yet, this will be coming back at the end of the year. The dogs absolutely love beach days!

I also do basic training within all my sessions and I have strict rules when it comes to other people and other dogs and the dogs in my care must adhere to my commands. Their safety is my top priority after all. But, after two hours of movement, exploration, and enrichment, my aim is to drop off a dog who is physically exercised, mentally fulfilled, settled and content. The kind of tired that comes from a complete experience — not just energy spent, but needs met!
